At Indulge Mobile Bar, nestled in Elgin, IL, we're all about turning your special moments into sparkling memories. We offer the ultimate traveling beverage experience, bringing our cozy, fun, and fully customizable bar right to your event, ensuring every sip is as delightful as the occasion itself.
Our Story: Pouring Joy, One Event at a Time
Ironically, we were having a cocktail in the backyard when the thought of expanding our restaurant came into the conversation. How do we serve more of the community? Do we start a food truck for festivals? Advertise on buses? Send out more coupons in the mail? The seed, known as Indulge, was planted in the summer of 2019 when we thought it would be a great idea to go mobile, but personal things and oh yeah, the COVID pandemic held us back. Our family has owned Danny’s Pizza since 1968. It’s a brick-and-mortar restaurant that offers a full menu, lots of tasty pizza and a full bar. So why not? We love serving our community and we have the resources to take this show on the road, so let’s do it!
About Our Team:
Jerry Dalton II
Jerry Dalton II is the grandson of two restaurant entrepreneurs. They trailblazed the way through how to run many successful restaurants over the years. The family ran the company until 2007 when Jerry took over operations. He’s been a staple in the Elgin community ever since; serving up live music on the weekends, half price pizza on Mondays and specials throughout the week. He thought it a good idea to add to the fun and excitement by introducing to the community, Indulge. This way we can bring the party to you.
Samantha Schweitzer
Samantha Schweitzer has been in the service industry for 20 years. She has acquired experience through many different avenues in the hospitality industry. She was deemed the eternal “Party Hero” for one company she worked for when it came to planning events. She listens and really wants to understand your vision for your event. She’s not just a bartender, she’s someone who wants you to enjoy your moment to the fullest, with your guests, to celebrate and Indulge.
The two of us together have all the bases covered! But it’s not just us. It’s a family affair. Meet our kids:
Katelyn Tinder
Katelyn Tinder has been working alongside Jerry since she was 13 years old. She’s been in some kind of service role since she learned the ins and outs of the restaurant business. She loves serving this community as she currently is the General Manager of Danny’s on Douglas. She’s a Mama to two beautiful girls. You’ll see her as a guest bartender from time to time.
Danny “DD” Dalton
Danny “DD” Dalton graduated from Burlington Central High School this year and going to ECC in the fall for business and marketing. He is getting his feet wet within the industry, but he’s been working in the restaurant business with Jerry since he was a kid; going on pizza deliveries and working in the kitchen to learn the technique of placing pepperoni on pizzas perfectly at Danny’s on Douglas for a few years now. You’ll see him during set up, clean up and occasionally as a bar back if your event calls for it.
We decided to be a fully customizable bar experience. What does that even mean? You want a mermaid themed birthday party; we will set up to match your vibe! You want specialty drinks that match your roaring 1920s anniversary party, consider it done! You have a wedding planned, but your guests are thirsty, we’re there, just pick a bar setup option and a package. We’re chameleons and we want to cater to your every need!
